Job Description
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Position: Solar Engineering & Construction Engineer. • Department: Engineering. • Primary work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. • Salary: VND 15–18 million per month, depending on experience and technical capabilities. • Business travel, transportation and site assignment allowances are provided in accordance with company policy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, workmanship quality and on-site safety for solar power projects. • Assist in coordinating with EPC contractors, clients and other stakeholders at project sites. • Compile daily construction logs, progress photos, meeting minutes and other project documentation. • Assist in inspecting the installation of solar panels, inverters, electrical cables and related electrical equipment. • Support system testing, commissioning, acceptance, operation and maintenance. • Be available for business travel or short-term site assignments within Vietnam as required by projects. • Perform other engineering and project-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical engineering; experience in solar energy or renewable energy is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of power systems, electrical equipment and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
- A strong sense of responsibility, a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English or Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
